Our crew redefines the standard of the typical tradesperson in many ways. As a whole, our team has been described as conscientious, diligent, and courteous. Each person has a similar background in that they learned the trade through apprenticeship. Some of the longest-employed individuals now serve in managerial roles and have provided over a decade of quality workmanship. Additionally, some of the crew also pursue degrees in a variety of fields such as music, literature, and the medical field. Besides their focus on work and education, the entire team enjoys coffee, and it’s quite common to have discussions of books, current events, podcasts, and lively discussions about which trim paint is the best. They also enjoy a wide variety of hobbies, including photography, art, CrossFit, playing musical instruments, outdoor activities such as hiking and canoeing, and traveling in both the US and other countries.
